Payment arrangements are due with registration.  Checks, purchase orders or  Credit Card numbers will be requested to hold your registration and will be processed at the time of registration.  To guarantee your place, please be prompt in supplying your payment information.  Registration DOES require payment, unless you inform us prior to the courses that you must cancel.  There is NO registration at the door.

Refunds in full will be made until 2 weeks prior to the  training.  From 2 weeks prior until the date before the course, a 50% fee will be processed.  If you do not cancel and simply do not show up, the full fee is assessed. Alternatively, if you advise us of a problem before the course and want to postpone until the next offering of that course in your area, we will honor your registration for that course.  There is no guarantee of the course being given within a certain length of time however.
