Please Move the form forward with the scroll bar or mouse or TAB between boxes... Using the ENTER key will give you an "invalid code entered" error and not submit your application!  Also, Internet Explorer has proven to be the best browser, if you are having problems, try that one. Also The application will not submit correctly if you do not select a location.

Continuing Education Credits
 State of California recognizes FloCyte Associates, INC. as an accredited agency offering CEUs for California CLSs.... if you need these or Cytometry Credits for ASCP's Qualification in Cytometry Check here.  There is no extra cost, but some responsibilities for documentation. 

NOTE:  If you are a med tech, accredited by another state or agency, it is up to you to determine if the CEUs are accepted there, with no guarantee by FloCyte that they are.  These are not accepted by the AMA as CMEs for Physicians.
